I personally really like the effect it covers the range weakness of fists while making special faster. However, it's only compatible with Draining Cutter, Zag fists, and Demeter fists. Kinetic Launcher is a really interesting hammer. Basically, if you're doing an attack build, it'll do nearly nothing, but if you build around it (or pair it with Flying Cutter), it is very powerful. You're rewarded with a huge 90 base damage shockwave, however. Quake Cutter requires you to use the normal special and not dash after the hitboxes, to ensure you land while still in the animation.

It reminds me a little of Snap nova on sword. If you struggle to aim your specials, having rush kick lock on to the nearest enemy and yeet you over there is advantageous, but for players like me that prefer to be able to control my positioning more, it's disorienting to not be sure where Rush Kick will take me. If you haven't used it recently, try it out! I have had one-button builds with this hammer, though. Additionally, the movement takes some getting used to. The damage increase is fantastic, especially on Demeter, but it forces you to stand still to get the normal special rather than dash upper, and requires charging to reach the max damage bonus. It's also interesting to use this on hidden fists to spread the debuff around in a greater area.įlying Cutter is a strange hammer. The damage increase feels great and is especially potent on Demeter.
